You will be connected with a KCI Shuttle Customer Service associate who will provide assistance and arrange transportation to your destination.

After you approach the KCI Shuttle ticket counter, please give the Customer Service Representative your destination information. They will arrange for your transportation and will direct you to the passenger-loading zone where you will be accommodated by one of our professional drivers.

Your Hotel to KCI Airport

Please call 816-243-5000 or 1-800-243-6383 to set up your return trip to KCI. Our Customer Service representatives will help you plan your return trip to ensure that you arrive at KCI well in advance of your departing flight. Please remember to schedule your return trip to arrive at KCI at least one hour in advance of your departure to avoid missed flights. KCI Shuttle will pick you up in front of your hotel.

Please keep in mind with the Kansas City Airport shuttle service there may be other short stops between your pickup and the airport.
