KCI Shuttle Fleet and Staff
Aside from the quality of our fleet,
our drivers are our most visible sign of professional
service. In order to ensure that our vehicles are always
operated by professional drivers in strict accordance
with our standards, we have developed an extensive training
program that all drivers are required to attend.
It should be noted that all of our drivers are subject
to pre-employment and random drug testing. They are
also required to undergo thorough driving and criminal
background checks.
Upon completion of a basic training program, drivers
then receive additional training. This is a multi-faceted
program that among other functions teaches; etiquette,
the importance of personal appearance and hygiene, protocol,
area highlights, geographic map reading, etc.
This training also stresses what we refer to as the
“Drivers’ Code of Confidentiality”.
Our client list is made up of many of Kansas City’s
most prominent businesses and individuals. As a result,
we take the issue of confidentiality very seriously.
Drivers are warned that they can and will be terminated
for breaching this code.
The training program concludes with various live orientation
and instruction, which details: procedures for operating
at KCI Airport, solving unexpected contingencies, etc.
All drivers are required to dress in a clean and pressed
company uniform.

Passenger Vans

Our 10 passengers vans are used for our traditional hotel shuttle service. Service is provided to and from Downtown, Crown Center, Plaza and Westport hotels. With our traditional shuttle service there are stops at several hotels during your trip. KCI Shuttle can also provide dedicated service for your group and get you to your destination with out additional stops.
Mini Van
Our distinctive 3 passenger Minivans are a relaxing
way to get to and from KCI Airport. They are used primarily
for Non-Stop Dedicated Service to and from KCI Airport.
Mini Bus

Our mini-buses provide
seating for 24-28 passengers and are ideal for large
groups. We can provide effortless around town or KCI
airport transportation for your entire group.
Customer Service
Our highly trained staff efficiently handles all customer
service issues through our main office. Our drivers
and dispatchers are trained to deal with many issues
and are empowered to make decisions in the interest
of our customers. Large accounts are assigned to a single
account representative that will oversee all account
activities, including billing. These representatives
will follow-up on all customer service issues and respond
in an expedient manner.
