When your return
flight arrives at the airport, you have a variety of
options for obtaining non-stop dedicated shuttle service
from KCI Shuttle.
*Reservations are suggested if arriving to KCI after 9pm.
Visit one of the KCI Shuttle ticket counters. These
counters are conveniently located adjacent to most airline
baggage claim areas and are located at:

If our Customer Service Representative
is away from the ticket counter, use the white airport
courtesy telephone located near most telephone islands
throughout the airport and dial “5000”.
You will be connected with a KCI Shuttle Customer Service
associate who will provide assistance and arrange transportation
to your destination.
After you approach the KCI Shuttle ticket counter, please
give the Customer Service Representative your destination
information. They will arrange for your transportation
and will direct you to the passenger-loading zone where
you will be accommodated by one of our professional
drivers.
